2.  THE CONVENTION AGENDA INCLUDES A KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY ADM ROBERT
WILLARD, VICE CHIEF OF NAVAL OPERATIONS, AND A PRESENTATION ON NAVY
RECRUITING EFFORTS ON WEDNESDAY, 28 SEPTEMBER; A SPECIAL SEA
SERVICES SENIOR ENLISTED LEADER PANEL PRESENTAION AND DISCUSSION ON
FRIDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER; AND SEVERAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS.
