REQUIREMENTS.  THIS REVISION UPDATES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
FOR OPREP-3 PINNACLE, OPREP-3 NAVY BLUE, AND UNIT SITUATIONAL
REPORTS (SITREPS) INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING INCIDENTS:
A.  TERRORIST THREAT OR ATTACK
B.  NUCLEAR REACTOR ACCIDENTS
C.  PERSONNEL MISCONDUCT
D.  ARMS, AMMUNITION, AND EXPLOSIVES (AA&E)
E.  MARINE MAMMAL STRANDING/DEATH
3.  ACTION AND INFORMATION ADDRESSES FOR SPECIAL INCIDENT MESSAGE
TEMPLATES HAVE ALSO BEEN REVISED.  ADDITIONALLY, THE JOINT STAFF
RECORD MESSAGE REPORTING STANDARD OF 60 MINUTES HAS BEEN ADOPTED AS
THE NAVY STANDARD.  VOICE REPORT REQUIREMENTS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
