THE ISSUANCE OF LEAVE AND LIBERTY FOR RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCES IS PROVIDED 
IN MILPERSMAN ARTICLE 1731-010.
3.  CHAPLAINS ARE UNIQUELY PREPARED TO ADVISE COMMANDERS IN THESE 
MATTERS. AN INTERFAITH CALENDAR WITH DEFINITIONS IS AVAILABLE ON NAVY
