SUPPLEMENTAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 15 APRIL 2013.

2. THE SCHOLARSHIP OF $5,000 IS AWARDED TO ONE ACTIVE DUTY NAVY OR MARINE CORPS OFFICER 
WITH DEMONSTRATED LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL AND HIGH ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS ALREADY 
PURSUING GRADUATE STUDY IN HISTORY, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD. THE 
AWARD IS TO HELP PAY FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO RESEARCH, TRAVEL, AND THE PURCHASE OF 
EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.

F. COMMANDING OFFICERS ENDORSEMENT.

4. THE DIRECTOR OF NHHC WILL MAKE FINAL SELECTION OF THE MORISON SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT 
AND AN ALTERNATE BY 15 MAY 2013.

5. THE DIRECTOR NHHC WILL NOTIFY THE SELECTED APPLICANT VIA LETTER.
